CLASS A DOCKING
$132.00 per foot
LOA of vessel or dock, whichever is greater.
CLASS B DOCKING
$126.00 per foot
LOA of vessel or dock, whichever is greater.
  • Includes water & hydro up to 30 amp
  • Extra 30 amp service or 50 amp total service $10/ft LOA

Winter Storage: November 1 - April 30

STORAGE (LOA x Beam) – Min. 150 sq ft:

  • $6.50 per sq. ft – Power/Sail (Unstepped)
  • $6.85 per sq. ft – Sail (Stepped)
    Includes haul, storage and launch
 BLOCKING:

  • $8 per ft (LOA) – Power Boat
  • $10.00 per ft (LOA) – Sail (Unstepped)
  • $12.00 per ft (LOA) – Sail (Stepped)

OR:

  • $250  – Annual fee cradle handling & storage
    (Billed on winter storage contract)

  • When completing your summer mooring agreement, you can opt to pay the annual boater fee of $150 which entitles you to unlimited pump outs through the season and a hull pressure wash when you haul out for winter storage.
  • Free pump-out at anytime during the summer season and bottom pressure clean at time of haul-out for annual patrons
